Immigration Hardship Letters – I-601 and Others
In addition to mortgage hardship letters, we also write immigration hardship letters. We write I-601 hardship letters and other types of hardship letters for the INS.
Immigration letters are more complicated than mortgage hardship letters and must address specific types of hardships. They must also be written from the perspective of the impact on the United States Citizen (the USC) of not having the person in the country with them. If you have children with the person being deported or already deported or being held, then we need to also include the impact on the children if the person is not allowed into or allowed to remain in the US.
