B of A agreed to a 7 year program 2% for 5 years and then 3% year 6 and then 4% year 7 and then fixed at 5% staying at 23 years.  I am waiting for the Fed-X delivery in the next few days. We had a minor problem and just had to take Mom off the Loan by faxing them a copy of the Death Certificate. My payments are over $200 less for 5 years.
